A measured contemporary vision.
A.L.’s villa restyle interprets a warm contemporary language with a restrained glamorous undertone. The project avoids effects in favour of precision: controlled proportions, crisp shadows, calibrated reflections. Material becomes texture; light brings depth into focus.
Geometries that guide the space
The intervention is shaped through planes and transitions, where each element contributes to a clear, legible order. A dark, almost graphic core organises the double-height volume and sets precise hierarchies between levels. The glass balustrade lightens the mass and extends the view. The marble staircase becomes a sharp architectural gesture, paired with the Olev luminous handrail: a continuous line guiding the route.
Soft surfaces, dense contrasts
Soft beige porcelain stoneware establishes a quiet, uniform backdrop. On this base, deeper contrasts emerge: dark stone-effect surfaces, warm veining, and bronze-finished details. Hammered bronzed glass works through refraction, producing a discreet glow. In the bathrooms, large marble-effect slabs, backlit mirrors and suspended volumes balance clarity and material presence.
Domestic technology and everyday continuity
The kitchen takes on a technical character: clean geometries, advanced materials, continuous surfaces designed for everyday use. The three-sided fireplace becomes a shared centre, visible from multiple viewpoints without interrupting the living area’s flow. Integrated lighting does not add—it clarifies: guiding movement and sharpening the perception of details and transitions.
A composed atmosphere, between light and material
Living unfolds as a coherent sequence. Neutral tones soften, bronze warms, black structures. Light—distributed through cuts and accents—builds a composed, welcoming atmosphere, where each element finds its place through continuity rather than contrast.
