The Poetics of Form in the Brombal Headquarters Garden.

Brombal Corporate Garden

The genius loci and the threshold of memory

In the landscape of Altivole, a short distance from the profound narrative of the Brion Memorial, the exterior design of the Brombal headquarters reveals an architectural attitude based on listening. The homage to Carlo Scarpa’s teachings is expressed as a refined re-elaboration of the memory of the place. The boundary of the building sheds its rigidity to become a welcoming threshold, a transitional architecture where light, time, and nature participate in defining the space. The corporate entrance becomes an open-air living fabric, an environment that discreetly and warmly anticipates the mastery of metalworking.

Material tectonics and the geometry of volumes

The spatial layout follows a rigorously squared rhythm, where the design of the pathways unfolds through clean surfaces and harmonic cadences. The language of the intervention lies in the choice of authentic matter: raw concrete acts as the structure, while iron and bronze infuse chromatic variations destined to mature over time. Within this score, custom-designed sculptures and the volume of the central fountain are integrated. Water becomes fluid architecture, designed for the well-being of those who experience the company: through measured water features and reflecting pools, the aquatic surface captures the sky, introducing a dimension of quiet and softening the perception of structural lines to elevate the daily experience.

The botanical landscape between structure and spontaneity

The landscape intervention was calibrated to orchestrate an intimate dialogue between the weight of matter and the delicacy of vegetation. The articulated figure of the multi-trunk holm oak (Quercus ilex) provides a reassuring visual anchor, around which the horizontal mantle of the Cotoneaster develops. The luminous softness of the Carrara marble pebbles orderly defines the grounds, while the free movement of the ornamental grasses (Poaceae) restores to the complex the spontaneity typical of the Veneto landscape, transforming the entrance into a tactile experience in constant and natural evolution.
